We understand that you are anxious about your getting your new watches.

1. Delivery dates provided by Time Alley Watches are estimates only. Time Alley Watches shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for any failure to meet any given delivery or collection date or timing, howsoever caused.

2. Delivery rates are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the package.

  All import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the destination country shall be borne by the recipient. You are responsible for all relevant duties and taxes to ensure the parcel is released by the customs upon arrival at the destination country. Time Alley Watches will not be liable if package is returned due to unpaid duties and taxes.

3. Should packages require redelivery, Time Alley Watches reserves the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee of USD50.

4. To comply with customs clearance regulations, we do not deliver to multiple addresses or PO boxes. Delivery will only be to a designated personal address.

5. Time Alley Watches shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any product you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the product delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disaster.

6. Title and risk to the products shall be passed to you upon delivery

7. Please inspect the product(s) upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours upon receiving the item kindly refer to our Refund policy.
